We’re proud to launch our annual report – A document packed full of insights looking back over the last financial year.
At Esteem, we deeply value the principles of Participatory Action Research (PAR) – a dynamic cycle of deliberate action and reflection. This process allows us to continuously refine and enhance the impact of our work.
Our Annual Report embodies this PAR approach, showcasing the variety of projects and initiatives we’ve delivered throughout the year while also carving out space to reflect on the key learnings that will shape our future.
CO Cat Vizor has this to say about the launch of the report:
“This report highlights the incredible breadth and depth of the work we do at Esteem – and how the spaces we create lead to lasting positive change for young adults.
I often hear from partners and visitors about how amazing and unique our commitment to participation is. This report brings that approach to life, showcasing it not only in our delivery but also in our learning.
Crucially, it emphasizes why the work we do matters and celebrates the people who make it possible.
Reading through this report, I’m struck by the dedication of so many who make Esteem the wonderful organization it is today. I hope it serves as a heartfelt thank you to all the supporters, volunteers, young adults, and staff who continue to make our work possible.”
