Who is a wellbeing session for? 🙋🏾

You don’t need to be struggling with your mental health to access these sessions, it is important to maintain our wellbeing in the same way we take care of our physical health.

What can I expect? ℹ️

We will listen to you non-judgmentally and without bias or opinion.

We can offer tools if you feel it could be helpful for you.

What could wellbeing support help with? 💭

Tools could be tips, useful information and guidance, or more practical advice such as grounding techniques to try.

Wellbeing sessions might be helpful if you are working towards a specific goal, for short-term support around a particular topic, signposting and advice.

They can also be a great space for you to talk about whatever is going on for you.

What is a wellbeing support session?

A support session that can be in person at ESTEEM, a local walk and talk, online or over the phone. The sessions provide opportunities to do any of the following:

  • Work towards a specific goal or a particular topic
  • Use the sessions to help you with short-term support around a topic.
  • Get professional advice and signposting around how to make the most of local services.

How can I access the wellbeing sessions? 📲

To book a wellbeing 1-2-1 session you need to have filled out a membership sign up form or have been referred to ESTEEM.

If you’re already signed up with ESTEEM just message any member of staff, or the ESTEEM phone and ask to be referred to the wellbeing team.
