ESTEEM: Please can you tell us a little about yourself?

George: Hi guys, my name is George, I am a 25 year old Shoreham-by-sea local a trainee accountant at PJCO. My hobbies include collecting records and everything Manchester United. I heard about the event through my colleague Disney who was asking around the office if anyone wanted to take part in the Brighton 10Krun and I thought, why not?!

E: Have you ever been part of a running event before?

G: I have not been part of a running event before, but I used to play football competitively for over 10 years, I am looking forward to my first!

E: How are you feeling about running the 10k?

G: I am feeling good about the event at the moment but as it gets closer I’m sure that will change.

E: Are you training for the event? What time are you aiming for on the day?

Yes, I am currently running twice a week in prep. I will be pleased with anything under an hour.

Why would you like to run for ESTEEM?

Since joining PJCO I have been over at the Esteem HQ a number of times and I have witnessed first-hand the excellent work and support they provide for young adults in the local area. Therefore it is a pleasure to be running for Esteem.
