An update on ESTEEM’s activities in response to COVID-19

ESTEEM is continuing to run activities online, including:

  • Mentoring
  • Counselling
  • Monday and Wednesday Drop-in’s
  • Wellbeing sessions (mediation, planning, creative etc.)
  • Providing a platform for young adults to feel heard, make connections and contribute to helping others
  • Youth Management Team – Community Outreach Project

We are continually reviewing the best ways to reach young adults, while adapting ESTEEM’s online sessions to make the most of the resources we have collectively. There is a weekly events calendar which our media team keeps updated, as well as 1:1 check-ins with staff and peer groups. We are currently using Zoom and Google Hangouts for online sessions and all staff have work phones. In conjunction with Company Paradiso, ESTEEM continues to offer weekly Fairshare food collections, which can be collected by arrangement. If you would like more information, or would like to access ESTEEM activities, please follow the links or call 07490447333

Thank you to all of our young adults, volunteers, staff members, funders, partners and members of the community who continue to support us in order to continue our work in this current climate.
