ESTEEM – Secretary to the Board (voluntary)

This voluntary role of Secretary to the board of trustees will include duties such as organising and
minuting board meetings and some administrative duties to support the board. The main aim is for
the Secretary to support the Co-chairs and the CO in ensuring the smooth functioning of the board
of trustees.

Hours Required – Approximately 1-2 hours per week

Commitment Minimum 1 year, up to 4 years (then can be reviewed)

We are currently looking for a committed and motivated person, ideally with retail experience, to join our small, dedicated team. You will be a first point of assistance for customers and help to oversee the day-to-day running of our thriving centre and reception. Brighton Women’s Centre – Therapeutic Services Manager

Hours: 21 hours per week by arrangement with some out of office hours required. 

Pay: £20,463 pro rata (£34,106 FTE)

The role of the Therapeutic Services Manager is to oversee the BWC Therapeutic Service that makes up part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Service at BWC, a key component of our holistic and integrated service provision. This will include the management and recruitment of both a team of honorary therapists and therapists in training to support the service and supervisors who will provide trauma informed supervision sessions for the therapists.
