Be a mentor
You can make a difference by mentoring 14-26 year olds who are developing or discovering their skills. The mentors’ role is to support young people to sustain their volunteering role or helping them to progress into Education, Employment or Training. Mentors are matched carefully with a young adults and meet weekly, mentors are required to attend basic training and monthly mentor meetings for ongoing support with other mentors.

We are always looking for adults in the community who want to use their training, experience and knowledge to help us run ESTEEM.
Volunteering as an adult for ESTEEM means you can make a real difference within our charity, becoming a valued member of the team and have a positive impact on the lives of young people.
We rely on the good will, passion and commitment of our team to ensure ESTEEM maintains the high standards of support and community inclusion that we provide.
We are also looking for volunteers who would fundraise on our behalf, perhaps you are a passionate runner, keen cyclist or could organise a brilliant community quiz – we’d love to hear your ideas!
