About

ESTEEM is a youth organisation based in Sussex. We work with 14-26-year-olds to run volunteering, mentoring, wellbeing and social opportunities. We believe in a world where every young adult is trusted, supported and respected as an active and powerful member of their community.

Everything we do at ESTEEM is based our fundamental values:

“Before Esteem I was lost, I felt like there wasn’t much hope. Isn’t it amazing how a charity organisation can change that? Esteem, have opened my eyes for a brighter future! I have had support to recognise and develop a diverse range of skills and knowledge, come out my comfort zone and tackle many of my anxieties. This wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the staffs unreal support and work - THEY ARE AMAZING! I now have some wonderful friends I call family and it’s all thanks to Esteem”

Jade, 22

“I came to ESTEEM as a mentor, in the hope that i could help change young people's lives for the better, but in the end ESTEEM has changed mine. Working with the young people here has not only helped me to feel like a real part of the community, it has introduced me to an amazing bunch of people. I've seen first hand what a difference ESTEEM makes to people's lives and i know they'll go on to do great things”
